What this hub collects, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect
Two separate things, for two separate reasons.
1. What you send us
If you complete the enquiry form we store what you typed: your name, company, work email address, phone number if you give one, your role, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and the product, category or document you were looking at. We also store the exact consent wording that was shown to you at the time, and the page you sent the enquiry from.
2. How the hub is used
We count page views, document opens and downloads so that we know which material is worth keeping up to date. This counting is first-party and deliberately coarse:
- A short-lived cookie holds a random identifier for your visit. It is not linked to your name and it is not shared with anyone.
- A second short-lived cookie remembers which printed code you scanned, so an enquiry can be credited to the right place on the stand.
- We record a coarse device class — mobile, tablet or desktop — and never a device fingerprint.
- Your IP address is never stored. Where one is needed to stop abuse of the enquiry form, it is used only as an input to a keyed one-way hash.
- There are no third-party analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and usage statistics are both kept for a defined retention period and then deleted automatically. The exact periods are a configuration setting and must be stated here by the client before launch.
Who can see it
Enquiries are readable by the people who staff the exhibition stand and the sales team, through a password-protected admin area. Usage statistics are aggregate figures and are not tied to an identifiable person.

Write to enquiries@example.com about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you.
Still to be supplied by the client
A lawyer must add: the identity and contact details of the data controller, the lawful basis for each purpose, the retention periods, whether data leaves the country, how to exercise your rights, and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
